Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities\uff0c\u7c21\u7a31CRPD\uff09\u7b2c24\u689d\u6307\u51fa\uff1a\u300c\u70ba\u4e86\u8b93\u8eab\u5fc3\u969c\u7919\u8005\u80fd\u5920\u4e0d\u53d7\u6b67\u8996\u3001\u6a5f\u6703\u5747\u7b49\u7684\u4eab\u6709\u300e\u6559\u80b2\u6b0a\u300f\uff0c\u5404\u570b\u653f\u5e9c\u61c9\u81f4\u529b\u63a8\u52d5\u878d\u5408\u6559\u80b2\u5236\u5ea6\u3002\u300d\u878d\u5408\u6559\u80b2\u66f4\u5f37\u8abf\u300c\u5e73\u7b49\u53d7\u6559\u6b0a\u300d\u4ee5\u53ca\u300c\u5c0a\u91cd\u500b\u5225\u5dee\u7570\u300d\uff0c\u5b83\u7684\u610f\u6db5\u662f\u8b93\u8eab\u5fc3\u969c\u7919\u7684\u5b78\u751f\u878d\u5165\u5b78\u6821\uff0c\u8207\u5176\u4ed6\u5b78\u751f\u4e00\u8d77\u5b78\u7fd2\u53ca\u6210\u9577\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u878d\u5408\u6559\u80b2\u589e\u9032\u7279\u6559\u73ed\u548c\u666e\u901a\u73ed\u3001\u666e\u7279\u6559\u5e2b\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u666e\u901a\u73ed\u7d1a\u4e2d\u7684\u7279\u6559\u751f\u9700\u8981\u8db3\u5920\u7684\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u8ab2\u7a0b\u8abf\u6574\u3001\u7121\u969c\u7919\u74b0\u5883\u3001\u751f\u6d3b\u5354\u52a9\u4eba\u529b\u53ca\u500b\u5225\u5316\u6559\u80b2\u8a08\u756b\u7b49\u652f\u6301\u3002\u5728\u878d\u5408\u6559\u80b2\u7684\u63a8\u884c\u4e0b\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u5b78\u751f\u5305\u62ec\u8eab\u5fc3\u969c\u7919\u5b78\u751f\uff0c\u5747\u4f7f\u7528\u76f8\u540c\u4e4b\u8ab2\u7db1\uff0c\u4e26\u70ba\u6709\u7279\u6b8a\u9700\u6c42\u5b78\u751f\u64ec\u5b9a\u7279\u6b8a\u9700\u6c42\u9818\u57df\u8ab2\u7a0b\u7db1\u8981\uff0c\u8b93\u6bcf\u500b\u5b78\u751f\u90fd\u80fd\u7372\u5f97\u5408\u7406\u7684\u8abf\u6574\u548c\u516c\u5e73\u7684\u5b78\u7fd2\u6a5f\u6703\u3002\u5728\u878d\u5408\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u4e2d\uff0c\u5e0c\u671b\u7279\u6b8a\u751f\u548c\u666e\u901a\u751f\u80fd\u4e92\u76f8\u5b78\u7fd2\u3001\u9069\u6027\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u70ba\u843d\u5be6\u6211\u570b\u7279\u6b8a\u6559\u80b2\u6cd5\u7cbe\u795e\uff0c\u7b26\u61c9CRPD\u5169\u6b21\u570b\u5bb6\u5831\u544a\u570b\u969b\u5be9\u67e5\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u63d0\u4f9b\u5be9\u67e5\u610f\u898b\uff0c\u53ca112\u5e746\u670821\u65e5\u7d93\u7e3d\u7d71\u516c\u5e03\u65bd\u884c\u300a\u7279\u6b8a\u6559\u80b2\u6cd5\u300b\u4fee\u6cd5\u8da8\u52e2\uff0c\u6559\u80b2\u90e8\u5ef6\u7e8c\u7b2c\u4e00\u671f\u7279\u6b8a\u6559\u80b2\u653f\u7b56\u63a8\u52d5\uff0c\u9812\u4f48\u300c\u6559\u80b2\u90e8\u7b2c\u4e8c\u671f\u7279\u6b8a\u6559\u80b2\u4e2d\u7a0b\u8a08\u756b\u300d\uff0c\u81ea112\u5e748\u67081\u65e5\u8d77\u81f3117\u5e747\u670831\u65e5\u6b62\u5be6\u65bd(112\u5b78\u5e74\u5ea6\u81f3116\u5b78\u5e74\u5ea6)\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fdd\u969c\u7279\u6b8a\u6559\u80b2\u5b78\u751f\u53d7\u6559\u54c1\u8cea\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4ee5\u6211\u570b\u7279\u6b8a\u6559\u80b2\u80cc\u666f\u767c\u5c55\u5ef6\u4f38\u81f37\u9805\u7576\u524d\u554f\u984c\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u6b78\u7d0d\u51fa7\u5927\u5be6\u65bd\u7b56\u7565\u300121\u9805\u57f7\u884c\u9805\u76ee\u53ca95\u9805\u57f7\u884c\u5167\u5bb9\uff0c\u5f37\u8abf\u7279\u6559\u5b78\u751f\u53ca\u5e7c\u5152\u4eba\u683c\u53ca\u6b0a\u76ca\u61c9\u53d7\u5c0a\u91cd\u53ca\u4fdd\u969c\uff0c\u5982\u4e0b\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>\u4e00\u3001\u767c\u5c55\u8207\u63a8\u52d5\u878d\u5408\u6559\u80b2\uff0c\u5065\u5168\u6559\u80b2\u76f8\u95dc\u6cd5\u898f<\/p>\n<p>\u4e8c\u3001\u7cbe\u9032\u9451\u5b9a\u5b89\u7f6e\u3001\u8ab2\u7a0b\u6559\u5b78\u8207\u5c31\u5b78\u8f14\u5c0e\uff0c\u4e26\u5f37\u5316\u652f\u6301\u7db2\u7d61<\/p>\n<p>\u4e09\u3001\u7cbe\u9032\u5e2b\u8cc7\u57f9\u80b2\uff0c\u843d\u5be6\u666e\u7279\u878d\u5408<\/p>\n<p>\u56db\u3001\u63a8\u5c55\u7d42\u8eab\u5b78\u7fd2\u8207\u9069\u61c9\u9ad4\u80b2<\/p>\n<p>\u4e94\u3001\u843d\u5be6\u901a\u7528\u8a2d\u8a08\u53ca\u6539\u5584\u7121\u969c\u7919\u74b0\u5883<\/p>\n<p>\u516d\u3001\u5efa\u69cb\u5b8c\u5099\u8f49\u929c\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u751f\u6daf\u8f49\u929c\u670d\u52d9<\/p>\n<p>\u4e03\u3001\u52a0\u5f37\u6210\u6548\u8a55\u4f30\u3001\u7814\u7a76\u767c\u5c55\u53ca\u570b\u969b\u4ea4\u6d41<\/p>\n<table
